This website and store are operated by KISO, based in Montreal, Québec, Canada.

2. Products

We offer handcrafted or private-label lip glosses and related cosmetics.
All products are:
Sold in limited quantities
Meant for external use only
Clearly labeled with net weight (5ml) and ingredients when applicable

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars)
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for Canada and 3-5 for International Orders
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order

4. Shipping

We ship to Canada, the USA, and select international countries
Free shipping is available for orders over $50 CAD
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or equivalent
Standard delivery times:
Canada: 3–9 business days
USA: 5–12 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Note: We are not responsible for delays due to customs or incorrect shipping information

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong item

In these cases:
Contact us at contact@kisoartistry.com within 7 days of delivery Include your order number and a photo of the issue If eligible, we will send a replacement or issue store credit

6. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If you selected untracked shipping, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages For tracked packages, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier

8. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their
country.

9. Allergies & Sensitivities

Our formulas are made with safe, cosmetic-grade ingredients. However, customers are
responsible for checking ingredients before use.
Always perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
