Can I return or exchange my gloss?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — but only within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, it may already be in processing.
What is the shelf life of your gloss?
Our glosses are best used within 12 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! All KISO products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
My package hasn’t arrived — what should I do ?
If you chose tracked shipping, check the tracking link in your confirmation email.
If your package is untracked, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery and recommend using tracked shipping for valuable order.
